The University City of Sharjah presents its integrated services to the main and affiliated entities, to provide a more sustainable lifestyle for its residents and visitors.

AE/SCNS/NCEMA 7000:2021 System Policy
Sharjah University City is dedicated to ensuring the continuity of its operations and delivering essential services without interruption to its clients during emergencies, crises, and disasters. This is achieved by implementing the Business Continuity Management System in alignment with the requirements of the National Standard for Business Continuity Management Systems AE/SCNS/NCEMA 7000:2021. The initiative aims to contribute to enhancing the national stability of the UAE by building a management system ready to respond to and recover from potential disruptions.
Accordingly, Sharjah University City is committed to the following:
- Developing a program to restore critical operations at Sharjah University City to ensure business continuity and service delivery within the specified timeframes, in line with the interests of its clients and stakeholders.
- Ensuring that employees are provided with the necessary information about the Business Continuity Management System in coordination with its members.
- Integrating the concepts of the Business Continuity Management System into the general culture at Sharjah University City, making it a fundamental element in decision-making, by disseminating the system’s circulars, policies, and objectives.
- Supporting essential needs to ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental systems in the workplace during emergencies and crises to minimize the impact on human resources at Sharjah University city.
- Protection Against Disruptions, Minimizing Their Likelihood, and Ensuring Optimal Preparedness, Response, and Recovery Time.
